  • 1. How is an entrepreneurial recruiter different from other recruiters?

    Entrepreneurial recruiter is like an employer but does all works like payroll, payroll funding, immigration, contract signing etc. outsouced to SRI Systems Inc. at a very nominal commission.

  • 2. How does an enterprenural recruiter get paid?

    Just like employer, he/she will get a cheque on his/her name or direct deposit on his/her bank account.

  • 3. Who is fit to become an enterpreneurial recruiter?

    Anyone who is capable of hiring or is capable of maintaining a good client relationship.

  • 4. Isn’t the post of an Entrepreneurial Recruiter lower than that of a BDM?

    Entrerprenural recruiter is above BDM, and is equal to the Employer. He/She is in control of his/her own office, needs to report work to himself/herself.

  • 5. What is the pre-requiste to be enterprenerurial recruiter?

    All you need is either consultants in hand(recruiter) or Clients in hand (BDM).

  • 6. I have skilled consultants, but who will place the consultant?

    BDM in our network will be handling the sales part.

  • 7. I have a client’s requirement, but where will I get the consultant?

    Recuiters in our network will match your requirements.

  • 8. I am a BDM, Do I need to share the profit with recruiter?

    You are an employer. You will quote your own price to the recruiter, and negotiate. SRI Systems Inc. is a platform which will bridge the gap between BDM and recruiter.

  • EXAMPLE : BILL RATE BY CLIENT AT&T FOR JAVA - $81, BDM POSTS THE REQUIREMENT TO SRI Systems Inc. WEBSITE AND SENDS E-MAILS TO ALL HIS/HERS CONTACT LIST FOR $58.\ NEGOTIATES AT $60. HOW MUCH BDM WILL GET ?

    A)Bill rate: $81/hr
    B)Errors and ommition say $1/hr
    C)Recruitement cost: $60
    D)Commission charged by SRI Systems Inc.- 3% on gross:

    81- 2.43 - 1 - 60 = 17.57/hr
